R : I founded Oscapi 11 years ago, and the 40air brand more than 6 years ago. Oscapi specializes in strategic support for managers. 40air supports its clients around two main areas: content strategy and the production of premium content. The proximity built with managers allows us to become more efficient in our missions.
R : Our clients are exclusively managers of VSEs and SMEs in the development phase in the Data sectors, accounting professions, software solutions and in the world of sport. We are generally considered a concierge service that can meet all of their digital needs. Concretely, we create the link for our clients between different professions and different areas of expertise, which are not always our core business.
R : This is indeed part of the DNA of our activity. Let’s take a concrete case: we are currently supporting a network of investors specializing in the wine market. In this context, we have developed a strategy for them to acquire new customers. Sending one or more targeted emails was one of our recommendations.
R : Yes and EMB can help us with this because their B2B database has criteria that allow us to refine our targeting and better segment our campaigns. For example with regard to geolocation, or even the size of the companies targeted. R : Saving time and autonomy would be my main expectations from a tool of this type. This would give us the possibility of building customer proposals on the fly without requiring EMB teams. The tool can undoubtedly also help us find campaign ideas for our clients, based on certain targeting and segmentation criteria that we had not considered.
